Introducing Sala del Vino, Italian for Wine Room, a welcome new addition to The Kyneton Hotel.
Warm, inviting and full of character, it's a place to slow down over a leisurely lunch, settle in for dinner or simply enjoy a drink and something to share.
While the setting may be different, you'll find the same genuine hospitality The Kyneton Hotel has always been known for, a grown up corner where you're invited to sip, share and stay awhile.

Head Chef Tim Austin has drawn on his years at La Bontà and his love of all things Italian to create a menu that's distinctly Sala del Vino, generous, seasonal and made for sharing.
The wine list, carefully curated by our team (and thoroughly enjoyed along the way) is as much a part of the experience as the food, bringing together much-loved locals, Italian classics and exciting discoveries from further afield.
Our team is always happy to help you discover something new or reconnect with an old favourite. And if a cold beer on tap is more your style, we'll happily pour one of those too.
