Chef Tim has crafted a 5-course "Menu di Artusi," inspired by Pellegrino Artusi, the father of modern Italian cuisine. Each dish is perfectly paired with Bindi Wines, a feast fit for a king.

Tickets are just $80 per person, with optional wine pairings or by-the-glass selections available. Lunch & dinner seatings available.

Much like our recent Granite Hills event, this will be more casual than our usual wine dinners & is all about unwinding, with flexible serving times tailored to your pace—perfect for the long weekend.
