A Journey Through Australian Chardonnay, Saturday 28th February.

Settle in for a relaxed evening celebrating some of Australia’s most interesting chardonnay and maybe a cheeky Kiwi cameo, paired with a five‑course menu from Chef Tim.

Guest Patrick Eckle of Cold Acre Wines will guide us through the regions and their standout chardonnays, with each course designed to highlight their character & charm. Expect great food, great wine, and even better company.

Fettunta di Granchio; Foccacia with whipped champagne butter

Crumbed scallop with apple aquafaba.

Fettucine with butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano.

 

Snapper baked in a salt crust with citrus, served with a summer herb salad.

 

Roman chicken roasted with peppers and oregano.

Potato roasted with celery and green olives.

 Chardonnay jelly with strawberry.
