Gather your friends, family, or colleagues and join us for a leisurely lunch as we countdown to Christmas.

Chef Tim Austin has put together an amazing 5-course menu inspired by the flavours of the Italian Summer, perfectly paired with a selection of his favourite Italian summer wines.

Friday, December 13th, bookings from 12:30.

$80 per person, or $120 per person with the 5 course wine pairing.

Focaccia, giardiniera e olio di oliva

Focaccia, pickled vegetables and olive oil.

Battuta di bonito e anguria con Stracciatella

Bonito and watermelon tartare with Italian white cheese curds.

Pomodoro farcito

Tomato stuffed with ricotta honey and anchovy.

Insalate

Tonno di Coniglio e fagioli

Rabbit cooked in olive oil with white beans and shallot.

Carpaccio di zucchine e ravanelli

Thin slices of zucchini and radish with lemon, capers, parmesan and olive oil.

Risotto ai cacio e pepe

Pecorino and pepper risotto with prawns, salmon roe and basil

Arrosto di Manzo

Beeswax aged, roasted porterhouse on peperonata with salted black olives, goats cheese and celery.

Pesce in Cartoccio

Fish fillet baked in paper with tomato, fennel pollen and butter on creamed eggplant.

Semifreddo di Zenzero

Ginger semi freddo with grilled apricot and white chocolate crumble.
